Development and history of
Siegfried Jost GmbH & Co. KG, Menden

Jost-Metall was founded in 1924. Already then metal residues were processed and it was traded with scrap metal.

After transfer of the company to Siegfried Jost in 1953 it evolved more and more into a secondary ingot producer.

This caused an expansion of the premises up to more than 10.000 m² and a permanent advancement of the mostly self-developed machines.

Since nearly 20 years our company is managed by Matthias Jost. Because of consistent automation and cost saving, we will furthermore be able to afford our customers interesting terms.
